I eat eggs once or twice a week. Usually on the weekends or days I'm off. I eat eat oatmeal once or twice a week as well. Usually with cinnamon or a pumpkin spice blend, a pad of butter and molasses... Sometimes I'll add in pumpkin seeds. Other days I simply eat one or two pieces of chicken sausage. Each of these is accompanied by either a banana or tangerine and three to four times a week I do eat some softened figs... And I usually try to have a tablespoon of pumpkin seeds everyday. We need cholesterol even the bad cholesterol... This helps our body. Our body actually produces bad cholesterol or so-called. It's just the excess amount of it that's produced and usually it's in response to issues with our veins.
The old "wives tale" that the cholesterol you eat impacts the cholesterol in your blood was DISMISSED right around the time we understood the earth was not flat. You can eat eat a DOZEN free range eggs EVERY DAY.
Even organic oat has tryphosate, pesticides , round up nowadays. Because the water that water non organic oat seep to the soil and go to organic farms.

I will take organic steel cut oats over rolled or quick oats any day ❤
